About Chirang Public School, Kajalgaon (CPSK)

Established in 2019, Chirang Public School, Kajalgaon (CPSK) was founded with a noble vision — to bring high-quality, holistic, and affordable CBSE education to the students of Chirang, BTC, Assam, and nearby regions.

The school was born out of a shared dream of academicians and educators who recognized the need for a modern English-medium CBSE school in Kajalgaon. What began as a small institution offering classes from LKG to Class I has today grown into a vibrant co-educational day-cum-boarding school, dedicated to nurturing academic excellence, character development, and leadership in every child.

CPSK believes that every child is uniquely talented. With the right environment, each student can blossom beyond imagination. The school provides a secure, caring, and personalized learning atmosphere, enhanced through close collaboration with parents and guided by experienced educators.

Mr. Neelap P. Chandra,

Mr. Chandra is the guiding force behind CPSK. A distinguished academician and administrator, he has dedicated his life to the cause of education and social development.

A multi-faceted personality, he has served in several prestigious roles — including Regional Director of NCTE (Eastern Region), Regional Director of NIOS Hyderabad, and Director (Corporate) at ZIET, KVS (MoHD). His vast experience in educational leadership and policy formulation continues to inspire CPSK to achieve greater heights.

His academic qualifications include M.A. (Pol. Sci., English, Education, History), M.Ed., M.Phil., and PGDHRM, reflecting his deep and diverse expertise.

Parent-Teacher Council (PTC)

The Parent Teacher Council (PTC) is a collaborative body of parents, teachers, and the school community. It ensures mutual cooperation, quality improvement, and shared responsibility in nurturing students.
